Expanding our service further, we have an association with Partner2Learn (P2L), a firm that is dedicated to “StrengthsFirst.” With Gallup’s assessment as a base, they have developed a more in-depth process for individuals and teams to play to their strengths. When an engagement warrants, we partner with or incorporate the processes of P2L to leverage the strengths within leadership teams.
